This year I decided to grow some heirloom varieties of melon and watermenlon, ananas d amerique and orangeglo watermelon so I got this book from the library and while the pictures are gorgeous and they try to give a brief mention to every type of heirloom there is, there is not enough detail on each one and the growing advice is a bit scant Ithorough book would be a great sequel to this one.
